Zach Martinez served in the U.S Army as a Healthcare Sergeant from 2010 to 2018 before completing his undergraduate degree at Austin Peay State University in Biology in 2021. He then went on to graduate with his doctorate in physical therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2024. He is currently an orthopedic resident in Memorial Hermann’s Rockets Orthopedic Residency Program. He is one of two residents involved in the hip preservation team and actively conducts and participates in hip preservation research.
Zach’s clinical interests include the hip, shoulder, and knee in orthopedic and sports populations.
